Set in the most historic part of Olde Oakville, this new build had to blend stringent local heritage confinements with the spatial needs of a modern family. Though the use of traditional materials, and by paying special attention to contextual massing, street facade width, building height, and incorporating local historical elements, the house was still able to carry off a crisp white palette and contemporary accent colours, creating a completely relevant look and feel.
